The Hottest Men of 2017 Countdown

The countdown is back to end 2017 on a high!

I hope this year has been good to you. I have achieved most of what I wanted to this year so it has been a great year for me. Happiness is the most important thing of all, and I can honestly say I am very happy. 

So what makes a guy hot? In my opinion, it's more than just their face or body. A toned body is a plus and a beautiful face is attractive but a hot face on an ugly body does not equal a hottie, or vice versa, so a mix of both is necessary. Even then, the guy might be attractive but not hot. Sometimes it's having that something special, like the look in his eyes, the way he walks or a gorgeous smile, that makes a guy ridiculously hot. Looks are not always everything; personality can vamp up the level of attractiveness, and also lower it dramatically. I like confidence, not arrogance, the ability to make me laugh and smile for no reason and talent. A talented man is extremely hot! In this case however, this countdown is all about celebrities so I have mainly judged them on physical appearance. How shallow of me, I know.

I discovered this beauty in a mediocre film on Netflix. The film was predictable but worth watching to the end just to see Keith. He was also in The New Edition Story which aired early 2017 in America (I missed it!) and Straight Outta Compton which I am yet to watch. Just missing out on the top spot, at number 2 is Trevor Jackson:

If you have seen the Netflix original film 'Burning Sands', you'll know just how beautiful this man is. I literally watched the film to the end just because of him. I don't need words to explain why he's at number 1, just look at him! But if you do want an explanation, here goes: he's beautiful (too hot to be called hot), has the sexiest smile I think I've ever seen, has the voice of an angel, is refreshingly honest and have I mentioned the fact he's beautiful? So there we have it. August Alsina is the Hottest Celebrity Man of 2017! Will it stay that way in 2018 or will there be a new hottie on the scene? Only time will tell...
