Time to move on
So this is it, we've come to the end of the year. University has finished and it's time to move back home for the Summer. Well I say for the Summer but I'm away on an internship for 9 weeks from Wednesday so there's not really gonna be any holidaying with my family. I've spent so much time at home this year anyway, sometimes it feels like I haven't moved out.
My plans have changed for September now. I wanted to move into a cute multi-storey flat with my sisters but it seems like we'll be staying at home with our parents. Just for a little bit I hope, I loved having my independence and space. I share a room with my sister and it's tiny! There's no space to put anything! I have spent an endless amount of time tidying up and throwing things away. It is exhausting!
I am really excited for the internship though! I am going to be living in a student house with loads of people. Here's my chance to experience the traditional uni life. I just hope no one blinds me by running around naked and drunk lol.
Anyway, back to my point. It is so sad to have to leave halls. My friends are here, people are on hand to help whenever I need it and it's my own palace. I wanna cry just thinking about it.
GOODBYE INDEPENDENCE, GOODBYE STUDIO FLAT! I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU :'(
