Happy New Year!!!
Can you believe it's 2015 already?!
I woke up last Thursday feeling different. I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my life, I knew what I had to change and I knew that I had to change.
I've grown up a lot since first leaving home anyway, but the reality of moving out again has made me realise I need to take my commitments seriously. I have a job that I have to focus on. It's hardwork and will be stressful at the best of times, but it's money that I need.
So what have I finally settled on doing? I want to do event management! I helped plan and run a fashion show at my old college and loved it. I could see myself doing that for a long time, but at the time I found it too stressful to do full time. I didn't want to turn grey before I hit 21 lol. However, I have tried other things since and event management is what I keep going back to. I believe that's what I was put on this planet to do.
Every year I make a list of new year resolutions that I NEVER stick to. Most women say they're going to go to the gym or lose weight, and it lasts...for a day. I am guilty of that too. I started jogging last year but it was so cold. How do people go jogging when its -3 degrees? I'd rather sit in the warmth with a hot French scone and a hot chocolate. I told myself I'll just put it off for one day...
Do you have a new year's resolution?
This year is gonna be the year I start my career. So instead of new year's resolutions, I have goals:
I like working to goals because success is when you hit them! Why not join me and make a list of realistic goals? This year is gonna be a happy year.
20 on Friday! Starting this year with a celebration already (like every year)!
Happy times :)

This year is gonna be the year I start my career. So instead of new year's resolutions, I have goals:
- Get an event management qualification
- Plan an event from beginning to end on my own
- Get a job in events
- Move out with my sisters
- Save more money then I spend
- Blog more often
- Be more successful with the affiliate marketing
- Go on holiday
- Learn French fluently
I like working to goals because success is when you hit them! Why not join me and make a list of realistic goals? This year is gonna be a happy year.
